With over 15 years combined experience in the Austin event industry, the creative team at Eclipse Event Co. are ready and able to make your event visions come to life. We specialize in weddings, corporate events and parties, so please do not hesitate to call. We've coordinated, planned and developed events from Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Las Vegas, and even as far away as Turks and Caicos! We are more than capable to handle any event, big or small, and can't wait to work with you!

LAUREN CHUMBLEY,
CERTIFIED MEETING AND EVENT PLANNER (CMEP)
Lauren was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. The day after her high school graduation, she moved to Austin to go to The University of Texas. Upon graduating with her degree in Public Relations in 2005, she then went on to earn her Certification in Meeting and Event Planning, studying everything from Weddings to Trade Shows and Conferences.
Over the years Lauren interned at Elite Weddings and worked at In Style Weddings and Destinations before starting Eclipse Event Co. with Kristi DePew.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her twins Logan and Lacey along with her husband Rob, whom she married in 2012 at the Horseshoe Bay Resort.
Lauren has been a member of the International Special Events Society, where she served on the Board for two years, and Meeting Professionals International. She is currently a member of Nuptial Essentials Association of Wedding Professionals.

REBECCA INDERHEES,
EVENT PLANNER
Rebecca was born in Round Rock, Texas, but she spent the last 12 years adventuring in Germany, California, and New York before deciding she was ready to return home to the great state of Texas. Earning a degree in Drama Performance with minors in Musical Theater, English, and Business (oh my!) from Hofstra University on Long Island, she developed a love for events towards the end of her college career when she realized theater and events have a lot in common. Using her theater skills has proved beneficial thus far and she can't wait to see what the future brings! Although new to the Austin Event's Industry, she brings with her a fresh perspective and an open mind. Her attention to detail and organization make her a force to be reckoned with!
In her spare time, Rebecca loves to paint, read a good book, or spend time with her super adorable cat named Hanes.

THERESA PEÑA,
ASSISTANT COORDINATOR

KRISTI DEPEW,
CERTIFIED WEDDING AND EVENT PLANNER (CWEP)
Kristi was born and raised right here in Austin, Texas, but her panache for planning started while attending Texas Tech University from 2004-2007, where she coordinated and planned social, philanthropic and public events for her sorority, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Retail. Upon returning to Austin in the Spring of 2008, Kristi began her local event-planning career at Elite Weddings, and then went on to work as an Event Consultant and Marketing Director for Premiere Events before earning her Certified Wedding and Event Planning certification through LWPI’s Wedding Planning Institute.
Her background in rental and design give her a unique perspective in regards to event setup and attention to detail. She attributes her design aesthetic to her merchandising and design background, and prides herself on her photographic memory in regards to projecting wedding trends.
In her free time, Kristi enjoys spending as much time as possible with her son Nathaniel and her husband Dan, whom she married at The Driskill Hotel in 2012. She is currently a member of the Austin chapter of the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE), and just accepted a position on the Board as the Fundraising Chair for 2016.

KATIE HARGIS,
ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
Katie hails from right here in Austin, Texas, where she currenly resides on the southern edge. She splits her time between coordinating weddings and studying hard to earn her Bachelor Degree in Biology and minor Chemistry from Texas State University. She has been assisting on weddings for over 8 years, all while working full-time and going to school.
Katie is known throughout the industry as being extremely proactive, organized, and has impeccable time-management skills. In her free time she loves to take long walks with her dog, Honey, catch a scary movie, or spend time on Lake Austin.
Theresa was born in Georgetown, Texas, where she has lived for over 25 years. She began her work in the Austin Event's Industry in 2013 as an assistant designer, and has become known for her attention to detail and editor's eye.
In her spare time, Theresa is a skilled hair-stylist and colorist, and enjoys Top Golf, spending time with her friends and family, and taking her "baby" dog Lakai to the dog park.
